Improving our network

We continue to make adjustments to the Transit network to improve reliability, respond to ridership demands, and address operational challenges.

We now have a formal process for evaluating how the Winnipeg Transit system is performing. As part of the process, we track:

  • key performance indicators
  • feedback we receive

This information helps us make recommendations to improve our network. Each year, we share a State of the System report tracking performance, and an Annual Service Plan with recommendations for improvement.

Performance Data

Want to explore transit performance data yourself? View our online dashboards and see how each Transit route is performing.

Note: Because of issues with GPS data in summer and fall of 2025, State of the System report and dashboards currently reflect data from the winter 2025 schedule period only.
