Excessive sand

Excessive sand is defined as an amount equal to two six-cubic-foot wheelbarrows.  

We only clean residential boulevards with excessive sand. 

If you think your boulevard has excessive sand: 

  • Report the location to 311 before June 1 
  • We will inspect the boulevard within two weeks of spring cleanup ending
  • We will clean it if it meets the criteria
