Trees

More than three million trees make up Winnipeg’s urban forest – and we all have a role to play when it comes to growing the forest into the future.

Our job is to be thoughtful in our stewardship of the urban forest. We are focused on:

  • Planning accountably
  • Planting strategically
  • Managing adaptively
  • Protecting prudently
  • Partnering purposefully

Your job is to get involved where and when you can - and opportunities exist in each of our focus areas.
