Vacant building programs

Applicants may also be interested in applying for the Vacant Building Grant before August 17, 2026.

Starting July 1, 2026, two new programs will support owners of vacant buildings who are taking steps to repair, redevelop, reoccupy, or remove these buildings.

These programs encourage investing in vacant buildings and support the work that brings them back into productive use.
