Fees are not permitted to be pro-rated or reduced. Licences are valid for one year from date of purchase. 

All fees are subject to annual inflationary increases.

Effective January 1, 2026.

Primary residence

  • Primary residence: $280

Non-primary residence

  • 1 bedroom property: $280
  • 2 bedroom property: $560
  • 3 bedroom property: $840
  • 4 bedroom property: $1,115
  • 5 bedroom property: $1,400
  • 6 bedroom property (maximum): $1,680

Platform

  • 1-100 listings: $1,075
  • 101-500 listings: $2,700
  • More than 500 listings: $4,310
