These bylaws identify and regulate the conservation of heritage resources and districts:
- Historical Resources By-law No. 55/2014
Identifies heritage resources in Winnipeg and establishes protections and & regulations.
- Heritage Conservation Districts By-law No. 87/2018
Protects and conserves areas within Winnipeg that are of special architectural or historical interest.
