Heritage conservation helps protect places in our city that tell our stories. Policies guide the City of Winnipeg to conserve resources and districts with heritage value. This means they have architectural and historical significance.

Heritage permits

Heritage permits allow an owner to alter a property that is on the List of Historical Resources or within a Heritage Conservation District.
