Together, these developments will provide new affordable housing units on vacant lots, contributing to neighbourhood revitalization.

- Supportive housing for Indigenous youth transitioning out of the child welfare system
- Indigenous-led housing development
- Accessible units for older adults and people with disabilities
- 3+ bedroom rental units for larger families
- Affordable homeownership units
