Historical Buildings and Resources Committee

The Historical Buildings and Resources Committee acts as an advisory committee for the conservation and preservation of buildings of architectural and historic interest in the City of Winnipeg. 

Composition

Up to 13 members:

  • Up to 3 members of Council, one of whom shall be designated Chairperson
  • 1 member of the Manitoba Association of Landscape Architects
  • 1 member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba
  • 2 members from the Manitoba Association of Architects
  • 2 members from The Province of Manitoba
  • 2 members from the Government of Canada
  • 2 citizens members at large
