Plan for registration day

Before registration day

Set up your account

• If you've not already done so, create your leisureONLINE account
• Once logged in:
  • Add family members on the My Family Members page
  • Make sure your personal information is up to date
  • Enter your payment information into the Saved Credit Cards section ahead of time
  • If you have been approved for the Recreation Fee Assistance Program, make sure you have enough Leisure Activity credits by clicking Payment and Order Management, and then Fee Subsidies list

Determine your classes

• Find what classes you want by:
  • Looking in the latest Leisure Guide
  • If you know the facility you want to take a class at, use the Activity search feature in leisureONLINE to filter by facility
• Choose alternates, in case your first choice is full 
• Add each course to your wish list by:
  • Clicking the  heart icon, or
  • Writing down the activity numbers of your desired courses
• Review the Activity terms and conditions to ensure you understand our policies for:
  • Transfers
  • Withdrawals
  • Cancellations, and
  • Refund eligibility

On registration day

Before registration begins

• Sign in to leisureONLINE using a supported browser
• If you are having difficulty accessing your account, please contact 311
• Navigate to the activity you would like to register for or head to your wish list
• Watch the countdown clock

When registration begins

• The Enroll now button will appear
• Click Enroll now for each course
• Follow the steps through to payment

After registration

• Check your email for enrollment confirmation, receipt, and details
• If you didn’t get into your desired class:
  • Add yourself to that class’ wait list
  • Keep watching leisureONLINE as additional classes may be added

Register for a program offline

Offline registration requires a leisureONLINE account. If you need help creating an account, phone 311 or visit an indoor pool before registration day.

Phone registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Have your credit card, expiry date, and 3-digit CCV number ready.
