Forgotten password
Do not create a new account if you are unable to sign in to your account.
- On the Sign in page, click Forgot your password
- Type in the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a temporary password
If the temporary password doesn't work:
- Call 311

Adding family and friends
- Families must choose one person (Head of Household) to create a primary account
- Label family members as Relatives when answering the Role in the Family
- Label friends as Unspecified when answering the Role in the Family
Once logged in to your leisureONLINE account:
- Click My Account in the top right
- Click Manage Family Member to access the My Family Members page
If you didn't add family or friends before registration day, click Add New Family Member when asked to select a course participant.
To add friends and family offline:
- Visit an in-person location.
- Call 311
Removing family and friends

Once logged in to your leisureONLINE account:
- Click My Account in the top right
- From here, you can update you and your family member's:
- Password
- Personal information
- Address
- Contact information
Online payments accepted
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club International)

- Recreation Gift Card
- Leisure Guide Credits (Recreation Fee Assistance Program)
In-person payments accept all of the above, and:
- Cash
- Debit

Once logged in to your leisureONLINE account:
- Click My Account in the top right
- Under Payment and Order Management click Transaction and Payment History
Course availability
If you can't register for a course that is currently running, you may have missed the registration deadline.
Age ranges
Participants in Learn to Swim activities must be the minimum age by the start date.
Exceptions will be considered for other programs. Call 311.
Learn to Swim activity completion status
leisureONLINE can tell you what level of Learn to Swim classes your family member has completed.
Once logged in to your leisureONLINE account:
- Click My Account in the top right
- Click Activity Completion List to access the Activity Completion List page
- Click on the season dropdown and:
- Select the season you wish to view, or
- Select All Seasons to view all activity completions after Fall 2022
- Click All Family Members dropdown, to narrow your search to an individual family member
- Check the Completed? column to see what levels the family member has completed
Learn to Swim and Learn to Skate Waitlist
Only customers not yet registered for the same activity will be contacted if space becomes available.
To get added to an activity's waitlist:
- Log in to your leisureONLINE account
- Open the page of the activity that is full
- Under View fee details, select + Waiting List
- Select the participant you wish to enroll
- Fill out all mandatory fields and click Add to cart
- Fill out all mandatory fields and click Finish
You will receive an email confirming your placement on the waitlist.
If a space opens up:
- You will be contacted via email
- You'll be given a deadline to either:
- Register for the open space, or
- Decline it
- If you don't respond before the deadline, the space will be offered to the next waitlisted person
