Man still wanted in Winnipeg extortion and arson investigation, may be in Ontario: C25-162669

The Winnipeg Police Service is asking for public assistance in locating a man wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant regarding an ongoing extortion and arson investigation involving retail businesses in the City of Winnipeg.  Six individuals were previously arrested in connection with the extortion and arson incidents that occurred in July 2025.

Farhan NABIL, (29), remains outstanding, and may be in Ontario.
