Osborne area search warrants lead to seizure of drugs and guns. Four individuals arrested: C26-67746

On March 25, 2026, the Winnipeg Police Service’s Guns and Gangs Unit executed a warrant in the Roslyn neighbourhood. Officers located a firearm, illicit drugs, ammunition and cash leading to the arrest of four individuals.

In March 2026, the Guns and Gangs Unit entered into an investigation regarding drug trafficking at a residence in the 100 block of Roslyn Road.

On March 25, 2026, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team (TST), West and North District Community Support Units, officers executed two search warrants on the Roslyn Road residence as well as a 2022 Mitsubishi RVR. While executing the warrants, less-lethal chemical deployment was employed, four individuals were arrested, and the following was seized:

  • Loaded Smith & Wesson .40 calibre Taurus handgun
  • Small quantity of ammunition
  • 746 grams Heroin (Estimated Street Value = $410,000)
  • 367 grams Cocaine (Estimated Street Value = $30,000)
  • 396 grams Fentanyl (Estimated Street Value = $60,000)
  • 67 grams of Methamphetamine (Estimated Street Value = $3,400)
  • Over $1,200 in Canadian currency
  • Scale
  • Packaging and other drug paraphernalia

A 37-year-old man has been charged with the following:

  • Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm in Motor Vehicle
  • Possession of a Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm
  • Possession of Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Weapon, Firearm Part or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Heroin
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine x 2
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 x 2
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
  • Warrant – Fail to Attend Court
  • Warrant – Fail to Comply with Probation Order
  • Warrant – Theft Over, $5,000, Break and Enter to Commit, Mischief Over $5,000

A 36-year-old woman, has been charged with the following:

  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Heroin
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

Both were detained in custody.

Two other individuals were released with no charges.
