Guns & Gangs investigation results in arrest of three men after execution of search warrant in Archwood neighborhood: R26-9561

During March of 2026, the Winnipeg Police Service’s Guns & Gangs Unit initiated a drug trafficking-related investigation involving several suspects residing in the Archwood neighboorhood.

Through their investigation, investigators identified three suspects and a linked residence in the 500 block of St. Catherine Street.

On March 12, 2026, with assistance from the Tactical Support Team, the Drone Unit, and the Bail Compliance Unit, a search warrant was executed at the above-mentioned address where a 27-year-old male suspect was taken into custody. A 31-year-old male and  a 32-year-old male were arrested by Guns & Gangs investigators at various locations without incident.

Investigators seized the following property from the suspects and from the search of the residence:

  • 2475 Grams of Cocaine (Estimated Street Value = $90,000)
  • 99 Percocet Pills (Estimated Street Value = $1,980)
  • Scales and Packaging Materials
  • A Money Counter
  • Cell phones and a Laptop
  • Over $19,000 CDN Currency

The three men face the following charges:

  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

They were released on Undertakings to appear in court at a later date.
