West District Community Support Unit seize drugs, firearms, and cash on Corydon Avenue: R26-7504

In early January 2026, West District Community Support Unit (CSU) officers initiated a firearms and drug investigation that resulted in the seizure of drugs, firearms, cash, and a conducted energy weapon (taser) from a residence in the 1000 block of Corydon Avenue.

On January 11, 2026, CSU officers, with the assistance of North District CSU, the Tactical Support Team (TST), the K9 and Drone Units, executed a search warrant at the residence and arrested a 28-year-old man. Officers seized the following:

  • 462 grams of Cocaine (Estimated Street Value: $46,000)
  • 17 Xanax Pills (Estimated Street Value: $170)
  • 158 MDMA Pills (Estimated Street Value: $1,580)
  • CO2 Handgun x 4
  • CO2 Rifle
  • Machete, Pepper Spray, and conducted energy weapon (taser)
  • $1,300 CDN Currency
  • Scales and packaging materials

The 28-year-old man faces 12 drug trafficking, firearm, and weapon related charges. He was released on an Undertaking.
