Man in custody after several violent incidents in the Tyndall Park area: C25-271551

A suspect is in custody after a string of violent incidents involving multiple victims in the Tyndall Park area on November 12, 2025. During the incidents, several victims had their vehicle windows smashed, and in some cases, a knife held to their throats.

The incidents began at 10:10 a.m., after a man was seen acting erratically while in possession of a knife.

  • A 2014 Honda CRV stopped at the intersection of Keewatin Street and Burrows Avenue had the passenger side window smashed by a suspect armed with knife
  • An unoccupied 2022 Honda Civic had the driver’s side window smashed in a parking lot in the 800 block of Keewatin Street
  • A restaurant in the 800 block of Keewatin street had two windows smashed causing over $5000 damage. Employees held the doors closed, preventing the suspect from entering
  • A 2017 Chevy Silverado stopped at the intersection of Keewatin Street and Burrows Avenue had the passenger side window smashed by the suspect. He then attended to the driver side of the truck and put a knife to the throat of the driver through an open window, and threatened to stab him
  • The suspect entered a pharmacy in the 700 block of Keewatin Street where he put a knife to the throat of an employee. After letting her go, he went on to destroy property in the pharmacy, causing approximately $80,000 damage

At 10:14 a.m., North District General Patrol officers located the suspect in the 700 block of Keewatin Street. A knife was seized during his arrest. No injuries were reported.

Manny Rae CHUDRICK (26) has been charged with the following:

  • Resist Peace Officer
  • Assault with a Weapon x 2
  • Utter Threats – Cause Death or Bodily Harm
  • Possession of a Weapon
  • Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order x 4
  • Mischief Over $5000 x 2
  • Mischief Under $5000 x 3

Officers also learned CHUDRICK was breaching several court conditions, and was also the subject of an arrest warrant for Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order x 4.

CHUDRICK was detained in custody.
