Man arrested after firing pellet gun in home invasion, firearms seized: C25-129199

A 29-year-old man was arrested after breaking into a private residence in the 300 block of Church Avenue.

On June 11, 2025, at around 8:00 a.m., police learned that the accused and another person, went to a residence and started banging on the door. A 53-year-old man answered, an argument took place. The accused forced his way into the residence, while armed with a pellet gun. He fired the gun hitting the victim all over their body, prior to fleeing the area.

The male victim was transported to hospital in stable condition to receive medical treatment.

Police arrested a male suspect at an apartment complex in the 300 Church Avenue.

The Major Crimes Unit assumed the investigation and a search warrant was executed on the residence which revealed a loaded Remington 870 shot gun and a air pistol, both of which were seized.

Migel Marcel Joseph ST. GERMAIN has been charged with a dozen firearms, assault and break and enter-related charges and was held in custody.

The investigation continues.
