Police seek help in identifying suspect of indecent acts: C25-63899/R25-21187

The Winnipeg Police Service’s Sex Crimes Unit is asking for the public’s assistance to help identify a suspect who committed indecent acts against two women in public.

Between March and April, 2025, police received two separate reports and images were captured on CCTV.

The suspect is described as being in his 20s, with slight facial hair and collar length dark hair, he was seen wearing two different ball caps.

The Winnipeg Police Service is committed to providing support to survivors of crimes that are sexual in nature. Resources include WPS Victim Services at 204-986-6350 and the Klinic Sexual Assault Crisis Line at 204-786-8631.
