Guled MOHAMED is pending charges of Trafficking Meth and Cocaine and several firearms offences.
On January 21, 2025, MOHAMED was released from custody with several conditions including attending court as directed, residing as directed, 24-hour curfew and being monitored by an electronic monitoring device.
On April 9, 2025, MOHAMED damaged and removed his electronic monitoring device. MOHAMED failed to attend court as directed and was found to be breaching several other release conditions.
3 Warrants have been issued for his arrest for Failing to Attend court, Mischief, and Failing to comply with conditions of his release x 7.
Police have made several attempts to locate MOHAMED with negative results.
Kirk DIAMOND

On May 7, 2021 Kirk DIAMOND was charged with trafficking Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Cocaine and Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000 and was subsequently released from custody with several conditions.
DIAMOND was found to be breaching conditions of his release and subsequently has 5 Warrants of arrest.
Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate DIAMOND with negative results.
Sahil CHAUHAN

On September 10, 2025, Sahil CHAUHAN was charged with Distribution of intimate images and released with conditions.
On March 24, 2026, CHAUHAN was found to be breaching conditions of his release and charged with fail to comply with Conditions of a Release Order x3 and released from custody with further conditions.
On June 10, 2026, CHAUHAN was found to breaching conditions of his release.
A Warrant was issued for his arrest for Fail to Comply with conditions of a Release order x2 and Failure to comply with an Undertaking x2.
Police have made several attempts to locate CHAUHAN with negative results.
Million TOLLI-ARTEGA

Million TOLLI-ARTEGA is pending charges for Drug and Weapon offences.
TOLLI-ARTEGA failed to appear at court as required and was found to be breaching conditions of his release.
2 Warrants were issued for his arrest for Failing to Attend Court and for Failing to Comply with conditions of a Release Order.
Police have made several attempts to locate TOLLI-ARTEGA with negative results.

Kris GODERIS is serving his fourth federal sentence of 5 years and 1 month for Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possess Firearm while Prohibited and Escape.
GODERIS began Statutory Release on March 20, 2026. A Canada Wide Warrant was issued on April 21, 2026, for GODERIS as his whereabouts were unknown.
Christine GOODWIN

Christine GOODWIN is serving her first federal sentence; a term of 4 years and 11 months for Possession Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession Schedule I Substance, Fail to Comply with Probation Order – At Large and Escape or Being At Large Without Excuse.
GOODWIN began Statutory Release on June 25, 2026. The same day a warrant was issued for her arrest as she had breached the conditions of her release. Her whereabouts are unknown.
