David GENTES was arrested for multiple criminal offences and released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions including attending court as directed.  While out on bail, GENTES failed to attend court and is wanted in connection to other acts of violence and breaches.  Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate GENTES in regards to these criminal investigations. 6 Warrants have been issued for the arrest of GENTES.

Desmond BROWN is serving his first federal sentence of 2 years and 5 months for Aggravated Assault. 

BROWN began Statutory Release on August 19, 2025.  After breaching conditions of his release, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for his arrest on November 3, 2025

Heather FLETT is serving her first federal sentence of 4 years and 1 month for Break Enter and Commit and Robbery – Use Restricted/Prohibited Firearm.

FLETT began Statutory Release on November 24, 2024.  After breaching the conditions of her release, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for her arrest on August 14, 2025.

James AYRES

James AYRES is serving his first federal sentence of 2 years for Possession of a Weapon Contrary to Prohibited Order, Possession of a Firearm Knowing Unauthorized, Flight form Peace Officer, Possession of Property Obtained by a Crime Over $5000 and Fail to Comply with Order.

AYRES was release on Day Parole on September 15, 2025. After breaching conditions of his release, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued of his arrest on October 10, 2025.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Mitchell MORRISEAU in regards to several RETAIL THEFT related investigations.  A Warrant has been issued for the arrest of MITCHELL for Theft Under x8 in relation to these investigations.

Wade SCOTT is serving his first federal sentence of 2 years and 7 months for Break Enter Commit.

SCOTT began Statutory Release on September 25, 2025.  After breaching the conditions of his release a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for his arrest on December 5, 2025.
