Guled MOHAMED is pending charges of Trafficking Meth and Cocaine and several firearms offences.
On January 21, 2025, MOHAMED was released from custody with several conditions including attending court as directed, residing as directed, 24-hour curfew and being monitored by an electronic monitoring device.
On April 9, 2025, MOHAMED damaged and removed his electronic monitoring device. MOHAMED failed to attend court as directed and was found to be breaching several other release conditions.
3 Warrants have been issued for his arrest for Failing to Attend court, Mischief, and Failing to comply with conditions of his release x 7.
Police have made several attempts to locate MOHAMED with negative results.
John RUCK

On February 17, 2026, John RUCK was charged with Escape lawful custody, Assault with a Weapon, Assault peace officer, and Flight from police and was subsequently released from custody with several conditions.
On June 2, 2026, RUCK was found to be breaching conditions of his release and a Warrant was issued for his arrest for fail to comply conditions of a release order x3.
Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate RUCK with negative results.
Sahil CHAUHAN

On September 10, 2025, Sahil CHAUHAN was charged with Distribution of intimate images and released with conditions.
On March 24, 2026, CHAUHAN was found to be breaching conditions of his release and charged with fail to comply with Conditions of a Release Order x3 and released from custody with further conditions.
On June 10, 2026, CHAUHAN was found to breaching conditions of his release.
A Warrant was issued for his arrest for Fail to Comply with conditions of a Release order x2 and Failure to comply with an Undertaking x2.
Police have made several attempts to locate CHAUHAN with negative results.
Million TOLLI-ARTEGA

Million TOLLI-ARTEGA is pending charges for Drug and Weapon offences.
TOLLI-ARTEGA failed to appear at court as required and was found to be breaching conditions of his release.
2 Warrants were issued for his arrest for Failing to Attend Court and for Failing to Comply with conditions of a Release Order.
Police have made several attempts to locate TOLLI-ARTEGA with negative results.
Michael GARSON

On October 20, 2025, Michael GARSON was charged with Trafficking Cocaine and Meth and assaulting a peace officer. GARSON was subsequently released with conditions and ordered to be monitored by an electronic monitoring device.
On April 29, 2026 GARSON damaged and removed his electronic monitoring device and breached several conditions of his release.
2 Warrants were issued for his arrest for Mischief and Failing to comply with conditions of a Release order x 5.
Police have made several attempts to locate GARSON with negative results.
