David GENTES was arrested for multiple criminal offences and released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions including attending court as directed.  While out on bail, GENTES failed to attend court and is wanted in connection to other acts of violence and breaches.  Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate GENTES in regards to these criminal investigations. 6 Warrants have been issued for the arrest of GENTES.

Hailey REGENT is serving her first federal sentence of 5 years and 7 month for Armed Robbery, Escape or Being at Large Without Excuse and possession of substance for purpose of trafficking.

REGENT began Statutory Release on June 25, 2026 and same day a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Heather FLETT is serving her first federal sentence of 4 years and 1 month for Break Enter and Commit and Robbery – Use Restricted/Prohibited Firearm.

FLETT began Statutory Release on November 24, 2024.  After breaching the conditions of her release, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for her arrest on August 14, 2025.

Justin IZZARD is serving his second federal sentence, a term of 3 years and 9 months for Break Enter with Intent, Assault with a Weapon, Utter Threat to Cause Death/Harm and Fail to Comply with Order – At Large.

He was released from federal custody on Statutory Release March 13, 2026. A Canada Wide Warrant was issued for his arrest on May 29, 2026, after he breached the conditions of his release.

Lindsay FREDETTE is serving his first federal sentence of 2 years and 7 months for Robbery – Use Firearm.

FREDETTE began Statutory Release on December 23, 2025. After breaching the conditions of his release, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for his arrest on February 9, 2026.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Mandy KITLAR in regards to several retail thefts, property and fraud related crimes. As a result of those investigations, 13 Warrants have been issued for the arrest of KITLAR.
