Benjamyn BEAULIEU was charged with Assault Police on Jan 1 2025 and subsequently released with conditions and a future court date. BEAULIEU failed to attend court as required and on February 26 2026 a Warrant was issued for his arrest for Fail to Attend Court.
On March 3 2026 Winnipeg Police investigated a Robbery and as a result another Warrant was issued for BEAULIEU for Armed Robbery, Pointing a Firearm, Assault with a Weapon, Forcible Confinement, Mischief Under and Uttering Threats.

NASIKAPOW began Statutory Release from Federal Custody on March 13, 2023. On March 16, 2023 a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for his arrest after he breached the conditions of his release.
