Suspicious Death Investigation - Update: C25-111037

As Previously Released:

Earlier this morning, the Winnipeg Police Service received information regarding a body found at a recycling depot in the 300 block of Mazenod Road. It is believed to be that of an adult male, pending identification.

Update:

The Homicide Unit assumed the investigation, and an autopsy was conducted. The findings have determined that no foul play was involved. Investigators believe the deceased went into the recycling bin to seek shelter. Their investigation is ongoing. The Homicide Unit continues to work closely with the family.
