Break and Enters/Arson – Arrest: C25-67146

Between March 13 and 31, 2025, a 23-year-old female suspect was involved in two house break-ins, 10 detached garage break-ins, and an arson to one of the garages. Victims reported approximately $12,000 of property stolen, and approximately $60,000 in damage as a result of the arson. Additionally, the break-ins resulted in an undetermined amount of property damage, which is still being assessed by home owners.

On March 13, 2025 at 2:59 p.m., the suspect broke in to a detached garage in the 400 block of Larsen Ave and stole approximately $700 worth of property.

On March 20, 2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m., the suspect broke into a residence in the 400 block of Jamison Avenue and walked through the home while the occupants slept. No items appeared to have been stolen.

On March 20, 2025 at 9:09 a.m., the suspect broke into a residence in the 400 block of Ottawa Avenue and proceeded to steal over $5,000 worth of property.

On March 20, 2025 at 2:48 p.m., the suspect broke into a shed located in the 400 block of Neil Avenue, though was unsuccessful in stealing anything.

On March 20, 2025 at 4:49 p.m., the suspect broke into a detached garage in the 400 block of Munroe Avenue, rummaged through items but was unsuccessful in stealing anything.

On March 20, 2025 between 4:00 pm - 6:00 p.m., THE SUSPECT broke into a detached garage in the 400 block of Munroe Avenue, and was ultimately unsuccessful in stealing anything from within.

On March 20, 2025 between 4:00 p.m., - 6:00 p.m., the suspect broke into a detached garage in the 400 block of Winterton Avenue and stole property valued at approximately $5,000. 

On March 22, 2025 between 5:19 pm and 6:30 p.m. the suspect broke into a detached garage in the 300 block of Ottawa Avenue stole property valued at approximately $500. A fire to the garage was set and at around 8:35 p.m., the suspect was observed hiding in the 300 block of Winterton Avenue by an area resident. East District General Patrol officers attended and located items consistent with starting a fire. The fire destroyed the garage, along with a 2023 Hyundai Tucson and various items inside, resulting in an estimated total loss of $60,000.

On March 31, 2025 between 12:00 a.m. and 12:44 a.m., the suspect broke into a detached garage in the 300 block of Bronx Avenue, the 200 block of Chelsea Avenue, and two detached garages in the 300 block of Chelsea Avenue, resulting in approximately $1000 worth of property being stolen.

At 12:44 a.m., an alarm was activated as a result of the break in to a garage on Chelsea Avenue, prompting a call for service. East District General Patrol officers responded, and with the assistance of Air1 and the K9 Unit, located the suspect near the intersection of Melborne Avenue and Brazier Street. She was taken into custody without incident.

Raven Davianna BEASLEY, 23 yrs of Winnipeg, has been charged with the following:

  • Break Enter & Theft – Place x 5
  • Break & Enter with Intent – Place x 5
  • Break Enter & Theft - Dwelling House
  • Break & Enter with Intent - Dwelling House
  • Arson Causing Damage to Property

She was detained in custody.
