Robbery – Investigation: C25-52917

On March 11, 2025, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service’s East District, with the assistance of AIR1 and the K9 Unit responded to the report of a male who was robbed in the Peguis area.

The victim in his 20s, had just exited a transit bus when he was confronted by two unknown males (suspects) who had also exited the bus. The victim was assaulted, and his property stolen before the suspects fled.   

The victim was transported to hospital in stable condition and treated for his injuries.

The initial description of the suspects is:

Suspect #1

A male in his teens, wearing a puffer style jacket, approximately 5’4” in height

Suspect #2

A male in his teens, wearing a mask and a black jacket

The investigation is continuing by the Major Crimes Unit.
