Stabbing – Investigation: C25-49760

On March 7, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to a commercial business in the 700 block of Maryland Street for the report of a stabbing.

Upon arrival, Central District General Patrol officers located a 23-year-old male victim who was suffering from multiple stab wounds. Officers provided emergency medical care to the victim including the application of multiple chest seals and the use of a tourniquet.

The victim was transported to hospital in unstable condition, later upgraded to stable condition after undergoing surgery.

The Major Crimes Unit assumed the investigation.
