Luring & Child Pornography – Arrest: R24-61903

The Winnipeg Police Service previously issued a media release regarding a male charged for sexually exploitative offences against girls aged 12-17.

Investigators in the Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) continued the investigation.

On February 12, 2025, 37-year-old, Matthew James MOUSSEAU, while in custody at the Headingley Correctional Centre, was charged with five new offences:

  • Makes, Prints, Publishes or Possession for the Purpose of Publication any Child Pornography
  • Luring a Person Under 16 years of age by Means of Telecommunication
  • Sexual Interference X 2
  • Supply liquor to a minor

He remains in custody.
