Commercial Robbery – Investigation: C25-15435

On January 21, 2025 at approximately 11:44 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to a business in the 200 block of Regent Avenue West regarding a commercial robbery in progress.

East District General Patrol officers, along with K-9 and members of the Tactical Support Team (TST), attended the scene and spoke with a 41-year-old male victim and two 29-year-old male victims, who are employees of the business. The initial investigation revealed that two adult male suspects, both armed with handguns, entered the store and demanded money and property from the employees. The stolen items were placed into reusable grocery bags. The suspects fled prior to police arrival, and none of the victims were injured during the robbery.

  • Two adult males with fair complexions
  • Both wearing black pants and black hoodies; one hoodie featured yellow high-visibility tape over the shoulders, around the waist, and on the arms

Both had their faces concealed

The suspects are considered armed and dangerous. If you believe you know their identity or see them, do not approach. Call 911 immediately. 

The Major Crimes Unit has assumed the investigation, and is working to determine an updated description of the suspect. No arrests have been made.
