Stolen Vehicle, Drugs – Arrest: C25-4317

On January 7, at approximately 12:04 a.m., a stolen 2002 Toyota 4Runner fled from Central District General Patrol officers in the area of Sherbrook Street and Elgin Avenue. 

With the assistance of Air 1, the vehicle was located and observed stopping in the 800 block of Main Street, where a 32-year-old male suspect was taken into custody by members of the Traffic Division. A search incident to arrest resulted in the seizure of 46.9 grams of Methamphetamine, with a street value of approximately $2345.

Jeremy SOLDAT, 32 yrs, of Winnipeg, has been charged with the following:

  • Possession of Scheduled Substance - Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
  • Operate of a Conveyance While Prohibited by Order Under Criminal Code
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 3
  • Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order

He was detained in custody.
