Motor Collision Involving Pedestrian – Public Assistance: C24-227246

On September 29, 2024, at approximately 3:30 a.m., East District General Patrol officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian near the intersection of St. Anne’s Road and Granby Bay.

Upon arrival, officers observed an 18-year-old female victim with serious non life-threatening bodily injuries, being medically treated by emergency personnel.

The victim was transported to hospital in unstable condition, later upgraded to stable.

The Traffic Division assumed the investigation and have learned that the victim was crossing the street when she was struck by a vehicle that was travelling northbound on St. Anne’s Road. The vehicle subsequently fled the area. The victim was located on the roadway a short time later by a passing motorist who contacted emergency services.

Investigators seek the public’s assistance in identifying the involved vehicle and driver in this incident.
