Homicide – Investigation: C24-254652

On October 31, 2024, at approximately 3:10 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the first 100 block of The Promenade, for the report of a suspicious circumstances incident involving an unresponsive female.

Central District General Patrol officers attended located a female suffering from life threatening injuries and provided emergency medical care. The female was transported to hospital in critical condition where she was pronounced deceased.

The Homicide Unit has assumed the investigation and have now identified the victim as  28-year-old Briannah CLOWES of Winnipeg. Notifications to family have been made.

The investigation continues and no arrests have been made.
