Warrants, handguns – two people arrested in separate incidents

On September 16, 2026, just after 11:15 p.m., North District General Patrol officers were on an unrelated incident when they encountered an intoxicated man in the area of Lorne Avenue and Beaconsfield Street.

Further investigation revealed that the man was in possession of a handgun and that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Police seized the firearm and the man was taken into custody without incident.

Dustin Kenneth CLUSIAU, (20), has been charged with a number of firearms-related charges and detained in custody.

On September 17, 2026, just after 1:00 a.m., West District General Patrol officers were in the area of Albany Street and Portage Avenue on an unrelated incident when they encountered a woman nearby who was intoxicated and walking into traffic.

Further investigation revealed that the woman was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants and was also in possession of a handgun, which was seized by police. She was subsequently arrested.

Rochelle Judy HANNA, (45), has been charged with a number of court order violation, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and firearms-related charges and was detained in custody.
