On October 16, 2025, shortly before 2:45 a.m., East District General Patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on a 2017 GMC Sierra after receiving a report of a disturbance at a restaurant in the 1400 block of Henderson Highway. Two men, aged 35 and 38, were arrested without incident. Officers seized a loaded Glock 17, 9 mm ammunition, 30 Percocet pills (Estimated Street Value = $600), 4 Grams of Cocaine (Estimated Street Value = $400), a cellular phone, and $1,436.30 CDN currency.

Through their investigation, officers learned that the 35-year-old man engaged in a fight inside the restaurant with another patron, when he dropped a black handgun on the ground. He quickly picked it up and fled with the 38-year-old man in the above-mentioned Sierra. The firearm was not discharged and no injuries were reported as a result of the fight.

Attending officers located the Sierra traveling eastbound Nairn Avenue and Keenleyside Street where they conducted a traffic stop. Both men were arrested and the loaded Glock, drugs, and cash were located following a search of the vehicle.

Bradley Michael HAACKE, 35, is charged with multiple firearm, trafficking, and proceeds-related charges, including multiple release order breaches. He was detained in custody.

The 38-year-old, faces two release order breaches and was released on an Appearance Notice to attend court at a later date.
