Guns & Gangs Unit seized loaded guns and over $100,000 worth of cocaine from two Fort Richmond residences: R25-40687

On September 5, 2025, officers in the Guns & Gangs Unit executed a residential search warrant in the Fort Richmond neighbourhood as the result of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.

Police executed three search warrants at:

An apartment suite in the 1-99 block of Bison Drive, where an adult male was arrested and the following items were seized:

  • A loaded 10 mm handgun
  • 2 loaded “Glock” style handguns
  • A prohibited .22 caliber rifle
  • A modified magazine
  • Various rounds of ammunition
  • 3 kilograms of packaged cocaine (estimated value of $90,000)
  • Cutting agent
  • $150,000 Canadian currency
  • 2 cell phones
  • Approximately $200,000 worth of high-end jewellery/clothing
  • Drug trafficking materials

Mark Peter PUJOL (41), was charged with 15 firearm and drug-related offences:

  • Possession of Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Weapon, Firearm Part or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order x 4
  • Possession of a Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm x 4
  • Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized x 4
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition Knowing it’s Possession is Unauthorized
  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000

He was detained in custody.

A second apartment suite in the 1-99 block of Bison, and the following items were seized:

  • 128 grams of packaged crack cocaine (estimated value of $10,200)
  • 112 grams of individually packaged crack cocaine (estimated value of $9,000)
  • Approximately $45,000 Canadian currency
  • Approximately $17,000 worth of high-end jewellery/clothing
  • Drug trafficking materials

A residential suite in the 500 block of College Avenue, where an adult male was arrested and the following items were seized:

  • 32 individually packaged crack cocaine (estimated value of $640)
  • $265 Canadian Currency
  • Cell phones
  • Drug trafficking materials

A 37-year-old man is facing charges related to drug- trafficking and proceeds of crime.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested in the 300 block of Balmoral Street and is facing charges related to drug- trafficking and proceeds of crime.

They were both released on Undertakings.
