Wanted male in possession of imitation firearm, firearm parts/ammunition, and identity documents arrested during Weston neighbourhood traffic stop: C25-169135

On July 23, 2025 at 2:35 p.m., West District General Patrol conducted a traffic stop after observing a man on a bicycle at the intersection of Elgin Avenue West and Worth Street violating sections of the Highway Traffic Act.

During the traffic stop, officers identified the male as 32-year-old Nicky Bradford HARPER and arrested on the strength of three warrants and seized the following property after a search of his person and property:

  • An Airsoft pistol with loaded magazine
  • A folding knife
  • A firearm barrel
  • Two magazines, one loaded with 4 x 9mm rounds
  • Over 20 personal identity documents and credit cards
  • A forged identification card

In addition to the three executed warrants, HARPER is charged with multiple firearms-and weapons-related offences, as well as possession of identity document offences, and fail to to comply with conditions of his release order.

HARPER was detained in custody.
