On the evening of July 8, 2024, a male suspect approached an adult female in the 3300 block of Portage Avenue. The suspect engaged in conversation and eventually lured the female to a nearby residence.
The suspect broke into the residence and, once inside, barricaded the female, preventing her from leaving. He physically and sexually assaulted her, and, at one point, she was rendered unconscious.
