Update

On July 18, 2023, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the vehicle was located unoccupied in the 1900 block of Ross Avenue.

As previously released:

Today at approximately 12:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service was alerted to a suspicious vehicle parked in a lot in the 600 block of St. James Street.

A silver Volkswagen Tiguan was observed with a female occupant possibly in distress and the police seek to locate the vehicle and determine the wellbeing of its occupants.

This vehicle may be bearing one of the following Manitoba Licence plates on the rear:

 LFX 318

 HKF 122

The driver is described as a white male with a bald/shaved head.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this vehicle is asked to call 911.
