Today at approximately 12:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service was alerted to a suspicious vehicle parked in a lot in the 600 block of St. James Street.

A silver Volkswagen Tiguan was observed with a female occupant possibly in distress, and the police seek to locate the vehicle and determine the well-being of its occupants.

This vehicle may be bearing one of the following Manitoba Licence plates on the rear:

LFX 318

HKF 122

A silver Volkswagen Tiguan

The driver is described as a white male with a bald/shaved head.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this vehicle is asked to call 911.
