St. James Civic Centre building systems upgrade

St. James Civic Centre closed April 1, 2020 for the following work:

  • Replace critical mechanical and electrical systems
  • Replace two roofs
  • Repair the concrete arena slab
  • Bring building systems up to current code
  • New mechanical and electrical room
  • New material lift
  • Fire suppression system installation
  • Accessibility upgrades:
    • Front lobby area and entrance
    • Washrooms

Timeline
