Advisory committee


The Advisory Committee shall, on an as-needed basis:

  • provide advice to the public service on issues specific to the Crescentwood-Enderton Park Heritage Conservation District (HCD) as well as HCDs generally; and
  • review applications for heritage permits on an as-needed basis.

Appointed for a 3-year term expiring December 31, 2026:

  • David Lacho
  • Christine Skene


Up to 5 members:

  • No less than 3 members of the Historical Buildings and Resources Committee (HBRC)
  • 2 property owners within the HCD
