Introducing MyAccount: your new way to connect with City services

Finding information on City services should be quick and easy. That’s why we’ve launched MyAccount.

This new, secure, online hub brings helpful information together in one spot.

The platform is mobile-friendly, making it convenient to use wherever you are.

Connecting you to the services you need

By signing up for an account and adding your address, you get information tailored to you, including:

  • Snow clearing zone and parking ban information
  • Recycling, garbage, and yard waste collection days
  • Property assessment details
  • Who your City Councillor is, and how to contact them

You can also track the status of the service requests you submit through our online forms while signed in, right from your dashboard. It will show you when you submitted the request, whether it is open or closed, and any notes that may be available.

Bringing our services together

One of the benefits of MyAccount is it simplifies how you get information on City services.

If you have a Water and Waste MyUtility account, you can link it and access it from your MyAccount with a single sign in and password.

We’ll continue to add more services to MyAccount, making it easier for you to get the information that matters most to you. This means you won’t have to remember sign in information for multiple accounts.
