The Multi-Family Sustainable Housing Infrastructure Program (MSHIP) intends to support infrastructure and servicing upgrades that will lead to new housing development. Parcels that may be eligible for the MSHIP are identified in the map, using the Infrastructure Grant Parcels layer and all parcels within the Downtown Limit layer.

How to use the map
- Search by address, intersection or point of interest. Examples include: 65 Garry St., Portage Ave. & Main St., or Assiniboine Park.
- Switch from air photo view to road map view by clicking on the small inset map in the top right corner.
- Use the legend on the left to turn data layers on and off.
- If using the assessment parcel layer with roll number and clicking on a property, assessment details will display in a new window.
- Property dimensions and addresses won't show up until you zoom in. These are best viewed with the road map option.
- Pictometry icon will give you an angled view which allows you to view from different directions.
