Sponsor Winnipeg makes it possible for businesses to invest in the communities that invest in them.

Did you know there are sponsorship opportunities all around our city? Sponsor Winnipeg makes it possible for businesses to invest in the communities that invest in them.

You can have your business name associated with one of our facilities, parks, or even programs.

Why sponsor?

Businesses commit to making our city a better place when they get involved with Sponsor Winnipeg.

Programs, services, and facilities play a huge part in increasing our quality of life. It’s these facilities that give kids a chance to take their first swimming lessons or learn how to skate on their own. Other families might finally be able to adopt and care for a new pet.

When a business sponsors our community, it creates a lasting impact. Future generations will remember the support that went into their neighborhoods. Plus, it gives businesses a chance to share their values with residents.

How it works

We post current requests for sponsors online. Businesses can then apply to the specific opportunity if it aligns with their business through the MERX platform.

If your business has an idea you want to explore, we can develop a tailored sponsorship just for you. We are always looking for support for our:

  • Recreation facilities

  • Programs

  • Greenspaces and parks

Reach out to our Sponsor Winnipeg team to discuss what’s possible for your business.

Requests for sponsors

We’re currently looking for sponsors for the popular Cartown program. It encourages kids to stay safe around roads and cars while having fun. Supporting this program keeps it accessible for all Winnipeggers.

Sports Programming in Inner-City Neighborhoods (SPIN) is also looking for sponsors. It introduces youth to sports in a safe environment. These activities build their confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Check the Sponsor Winnipeg website often for new opportunities.
