Connected Officer Program (COP)

Released: September 13, 2024 at 11:34 a.m.

You might notice our officers using smartphones on the street. These are Connected Officers and they're actively improving our service!

By embracing new technologies, we are equipping our members with the right tools at the right time, allowing them to be more effective and enhancing the quality of reporting. This means less time in the station and more time on the street.

Our investment in technology creates efficiencies for the Service, Manitoba Justice and most importantly better serves our community.

The Connected Officer Program is part of our commitment to providing effective and efficient service.
