Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responds to a structure fire on Pembina Highway

Winnipeg, MB – At 4:37 a.m. on Monday, January 30, 2023, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to reports of a fire in a home in the 2300 block of Pembina Highway.

At the scene, crews saw smoke coming from the home. Firefighters searched the home to ensure there was no one inside.

Firefighters attacked the fire from inside the house, declaring the fire under control at 5:03 a.m. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available.
