Upcoming temporary road closures beginning next week

Winnipeg, MB – The City announced today two upcoming road closures that take effect early next week.

Westbound River Road, from Settlers Road to St. Mary’s Road, will be closed to traffic for road construction on Monday, August 22 at 9 a.m. until Saturday, September 3 at 3 p.m.

Edmonton Street, from Graham Avenue to Portage Avenue, will be fully closed to accommodate the Manitoba Possible Drop Zone charity event on Tuesday, August 23 from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m.
