Temporary lane closures and traffic restrictions on Graham Avenue and Vaughan Street

Winnipeg, MB – Starting Thursday, April 18 at 6 a.m. until Tuesday, April 23 at 6 p.m., the following lane closures and traffic restrictions will be in place for Bell MTS manhole repairs:

  • Northbound Vaughan Street will be closed from Graham Avenue to Portage Avenue
  • Westbound Graham Avenue will be closed from Kennedy Street to Vaughan Street (except for buses)

Pedestrian access will be maintained. Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes during this time.
