City of Winnipeg releases Hemson Consulting Ltd.'s Growth Study Report

Winnipeg, MB - Today, the City of Winnipeg released Hemson Consulting Ltd.'s Review of Municipal Growth Financing Mechanisms and its Determination of Regulatory Fees to Finance Growth: Technical Report. Together, the reports constitute the consultant's final report.

After a competitive RFP process, Hemson Consulting Ltd. was selected to conduct industry consultation, provide an analysis of best practices across other municipalities, and an exploration of growth-related costs and revenues, and provide recommendations regarding financial mechanisms that would best serve in supporting growth management and implementation options.
