Cornish Library temporarily closed

Winnipeg, MB – Cornish Library (20 West Gate) is closed due to a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system failure.

It’s anticipated that the library branch will remain closed until at least spring 2022, as it’s expected to take several months to receive a replacement unit due to pandemic-related supply issues.

Library users are advised that materials placed on hold can be picked up at Harvey Smith Library (999 Sargent Ave.) beginning Friday, January 21, 2022. Materials that are currently checked out can be returned at any library branch.
