Winnipeg, MB – Northbound Smith Street, from Ellice Avenue to Notre Dame Avenue, will be closed on Friday, August 20 at 9 a.m., until Sunday, August 22 at 11:59 p.m., for a special event. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes during the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
