French Language Services Review underway

Winnipeg, MB – The City of Winnipeg is inviting residents to help shape the future of French language service delivery in Winnipeg by participating in the French Language Services Review.

The City is committed to improving French language service delivery throughout Winnipeg. As part of the review, the City is engaging with residents and community stakeholders to gather feedback on how we can improve, update, and modernize the delivery of City services in French where resources are needed most.

The City has been meeting with stakeholders in the Francophone community to discuss the review and gather their initial feedback. There are several ways to participate and provide feedback:

Date: Wednesday, May 29, 2019
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Location: Saint-Boniface Library, Salle Marie Lynne Bernard, 2nd floor, 100-131 Provencher Blvd.
Format: Presentation at 6:30 p.m., followed by group activities

Online survey

Complete an online survey from May 15 to June 12, 2019.

The feedback gathered as part of the review will help inform recommendations for Council’s consideration.
