Winnipeg, MB – At 4:01 a.m. on April 27, 2019, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to reports of a fire in a vacant two-storey house in the 300 block of Boyd Avenue. Upon arrival on scene crews encountered heavy smoke and flames and launched a defensive attack.
