Approximately 700 unclaimed bikes are being auctioned this year. Repairs to 250 bikes were completed by volunteers and mechanics from the Winnipeg Repair Education and Cycling Hub (WRENCH).

New this year, bikes available for purchase at the auction are pre-registered with the City of Winnipeg’s Bike Registry. The registration fee of $6.70 will be added to the purchase price of the bike, excluding children’s bikes. If an individual is attending the auction to look for a bike that was lost or stolen, they must provide proof of ownership to claim the bike.

Bikes can be viewed during the two hours leading up to the auction, but cannot be ridden. Please note that all bicycles are sold as is, where is, and no warranty is given nor implied. A complete list of bikes is available for viewing online.

Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Interac payments will be accepted. Cheques will not be accepted.
