City of Winnipeg outdoor pools, wading pools set to open

Winnipeg, MB - City of Winnipeg outdoor pools and wading pools will open later this week, beginning June 30.

Outdoor Pools

City of Winnipeg heated and unheated outdoor pools are scheduled to open on Friday, June 30, with Happyland and Westdale outdoor pools opening mid- to late July. All outdoor pools will operate seven days a week, weather permitting. Contact 311 by phone at 311 or by email at , or visit City of Winnipeg - Outdoor Pools for current pool hours and amenities.

Wading Pools

Fourteen City of Winnipeg wading pools are open on Saturday, July 1. All other wading pools will open on a staggered basis the week of July 2. For operating schedules and more information on wading pools, please visit City of Winnipeg - Wading Pools or contact 311, available by phone at 311, or by email at . Operating hours vary by wading pool; however, most will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Spray Pads

The City’s unsupervised spray pads are a great way to spend a hot summer day. For locations and more information on spray pads, please visit City of Winnipeg - Spray Pads or contact 311, available by phone at 311, or by email at .
